Privacy.

We collect what we need to read your Love Pattern, deliver your report, and keep our ads pointed at people who might actually want this. We don’t sell your data. We use a small number of third-party services for payments, email, and analytics — all named below. Write to contact@moonsignguide.com if you want a copy of everything we hold on you, or want it deleted.

Your quiz answers — the choices you make about how you behave in relationships, and a few words in your own phrasing. We use them to determine your Love Pattern and to personalize your reading. They describe emotional patterns, so we treat them as personal and don’t share them with anyone except the vendors below who help us deliver the product.

Email — to send your results, deliver your reading, and (if you subscribe) send your Monthly Love Forecast.

Your name — taken from the name on your payment method (card or Apple/Google Pay) and used to personalize your reading. If we can’t read a name from your payment, we use the first part of your email or simply address you as “you.”

Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers. We retain the Stripe customer id, the last four digits, and a reference to the payment method so the one-click add-ons and your subscription work without re-entering details. You can delete this reference any time by emailing us.

Web analytics — what pages you visited and what you clicked, roughly where you’re browsing from. Powered by PostHog.

Advertising attribution — we run the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API. When you visit Love Pattern we tell Meta (Facebook) that you did, and when you buy we tell them that too — so our ads on Facebook and Instagram can find people similar to actual buyers. Meta receives one-way hashed versions of your email and name, plus your IP, browser, and any ad click ids. This is cross-site tracking. An ad-blocker that blocks connect.facebook.net stops most of it.

We share specific pieces with these vendors, for the purpose listed, and no one else:

Stripe (payments + saved payment methods) · Resend (sending your emails) · Neon (the database holding your lead + order record) · Vercel (hosting) · OpenAI and Anthropic (generating the words and, for the audio add-on, the narration) · PostHog and Meta (analytics + ad attribution, above).

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with marketing partners beyond the services named here.

We use a few cookies for session continuity (your progress between pages), Stripe’s fraud-detection cookie on payment pages, and the PostHog / Meta cookies described above. Order records are kept while your account is active and for at least 7 years after, for tax reasons; email opt-ins are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to tell you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or export it — email contact@moonsignguide.com and we’ll respond within a week. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Love Pattern is about adult relationships and is not directed to anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect data from minors; if you believe a minor has given us theirs, write and we’ll delete the record.
